Almost two thirds of mothers with children under the age of five work in Britain; and these numbers are expected to rise. The issue of working mothers is going nowhere.

Sarah Archer, a career coach at Women Like Us and Kimberley Britton, a mum who found a job after some career coaching, joins Streetlife FM's Ruth to discuss life at work and to offer advice to people who need it.
